About the Topic: We found an online assessment from the US in our quest to help our clients in working with virtual teams. We were struck with the assessment’s simplicity and power. The core idea 
of mapping strengths to process: 1) Explore, 2) Excite, 3) Examine, 4) Execute, 5) Evaluate. Versus personality.
We felt the KM practitioners would get tremendous benefit. Since integrating KM into organizations required much intuitive work with people – from buy-in of Management to finding the champions, key contributors & right place to start for success, as well as fostering an environment of satisfaction from the grass roots! Our objective: First create individual awareness of natural energies via visualizing self-test. Then how to take this understanding into the KM teamwork and into forming the right pilot teams or understanding the root cause of some of the issues in on-going or past projects. Via small groups. Sharing learning with all participants. Those interested were invited to take the full on-line assessment! For increased understanding on preferences, learning & energy cycle management in managing teams and teamwork.
